GROUP BRAVO CHARACTER CREATION RULES:

Characters may be from any background/setting.  This campaign is set up so that characters can enter it from any point in the Multiverse.

Attributes (Str, Dex, Con, Int, Wis, Cha): 8 points in each characteristic for free, plus 32-point buy, plus racial bonus/penalty.

Experience and Equipment/Treasure: 21,500 total points to be divided between character XP and the gp value of equipment/treasure.  For example, you can have a character with 21,500 XP and no equipment/treasure, or 0 XP and 21,500 gp of equipment/treasure, or 10,000 XP and 11,500 gp of equipment/treasure.

Note: Starting non-magical equipment is free.  This includes Masterwork and Alchemical items.  You have to pay for magic items and wealth (coins, gems, jewelry, etc).

Any race, skill, feat, spell, item, or anything else that is not in the core rulebooks or Unearthed Arcana must be approved *and* you must bring a copy of the appropriate rulebook to every session.

You can earn extra XP for the following: a "character story" with description, background, and history; fiction about your character; a miniature for your character; a drawing of your character; a journal listing events in the campaign.

The minimum for a "character story" should include the equivalent of the background questionnaire (not just the alignment test) in the _Hero Builder's Guidebook_.
