Date Nut Torte Crust: 2 Cups walnuts 2 Cups Raisins Mix in the Food Processor until a fudgy consistency and no walnuts or raisins remain intact. Take out and form into the shape you want. Topping: 1/2 Lemon 1 Cup of dates (soaked for at least an hour, maybe 2) 1 Tbs. agave (optional) Mix together until creamy. Spread on the torte. I refrigerate it and it lasts all week You may garnish with dry coconut flakes, berries, sliced banana, or walnuts, etc. It's good plain too. Enjoy!
