Cake Mix Cookies

1 box of cake mix (Pillsbury funfetti)
1 can of frosting (funfetti or colored)
Sprinkles, colored sugars (optional)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs (rm temp)

Mix together the cake mix, oil and eggs with a wooden spoon. Form dough into 1" balls, place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (or foil) and flatten with fingers or bottom of a cup. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are light brown.  Let cool, then top with some frosting and decorate with colored sugars or sprinkles.
