The Portland Bike Commuting Group announces a Beginner's Night for
anyone thinking about using their bicycle for commuting and
transportation. Experienced bike commuters will be presenting
information on how to get started, overcoming common logistical
problems, and safe riding in traffic. The session will be held at 7 PM
on Wednesday May 16, at Back Bay Bicycle on Forest Ave. in Portland. For

$2 donation is requested. The Portland Bike Commuting Group is a group
of people who regularly ride their bikes to work, and wish to promote
