Greek Pizza 2 T. olive oil 1 medium onion chopped 3 cloves garlic juice of 1 lemon 2 packages of chopped spinach thawed black pepper to taste 1 T. oregano 1 T. basil 2 tubes reduced fat crescent rolls 6-8 oz crumbled feta 8 oz shredded mozzarella small can sliced black olives In a large frying pan on medium heat add olive oil and cook onion until soft. Add crushed garlic stir and then add chopped spinach. Add pepper, oregano and lemon. Continue cooking until moisture is removed. Add basil stir and remove from heat. Spread crescent rolls on a pizza stone and bake about 10 minutes in 350' oven. Remove from oven and spread spinach mixture over crust. Sprinkle with Feta, mozzarella and black olives. Return to oven to bake another 10 minutes.
