This is a rough draft of the letter we're writing to the major 3rd parties in South Dakota. Please look it over, and critique. We were able to scan the adresses and format them into adress lables.

We've got about 300 adresses to make these too. That's about $150 in postage. Plus the envelopes, the lable paper, etc. So we need to raise a bit of money to get these mailed out, and also plan a Envelope Stuffing Party! :)

This letter details the situation with Ron Paul?s campaign for President. You are receiving this because your name was on the voter registration list as a Libertarian, Constitution or Reform party member.

Here is the situation: Ron Paul is running for president as a Republican. He has been a member of Congress for 10 terms, and has an unmatched record of voting for freedom/liberty while not violating the Constitution. Congressman Paul hopes to bring all troops home from over 130 foreign countries where they are stationed, use the savings to drastically reduce the federal budget, and eliminate the IRS.

(For Libertarians)
He voted against the war in Iraq, the US Patriot Act, and the War on Drugs every chance he had. He has been endorsed by Steve Kubby, Christine Smith, and Michael Badnarik as well as the late Aaron Russo.

(For Constitution)
He is pro-life, pro-peace, and pro-homeschool. He has been endorsed by Michael Peroutka, Chuck Baldwin, Norma McCorvey (?Jane Roe? from Roe V. Wade, who has seen the error of her ways, and has been a pro-life activist since the early ?90s)

(For Reform)
He is against government waste, NAFTA/CAFTA as well as the North American Union (NAU).

Let's tell America that South Dakota doesn't want a liberal for its Republican nomanee. This serves 2 functions: 1)The better Ron Paul does in the primery the more media exposure for him and his ideas. and 2) The more delegates Ron Paul gets to the Republican National Convention. These delegates can then bring serious debate to the floor and help get Ron Paul a speaking spot at the national convention, which also translates into more media coverage.

We are asking you to do the following:
Register Republican:  Please do this right away. The Deadline to Register is May 19th.
Vote for Ron Paul in the Republican Primary. You can always register back after the June 3rd Primary.
