Collection of Links for Lee Tanner's "CAN SLIM Quickstart" Presentations

Lee Tanner, a member of the Marin County Investor's Business Daily (IBD) Meetup, is an extremely successful and experienced amateur CAN SLIM trader. In May, 2011, he created a presentation titled "CAN SLIM Quickstart" to help aspiring traders succeed using the CAN SLIM trading method. He recorded the 2-hour presentation on GoView.com (with audio) and presented it at the San Francisco IBD Meetup. I have provided links below to allow you access the presentation on GoView.com and to download the Powerpoint presentation file.

In December, 2011, he expanded the lesson into 2 parts and presented it to the Santa Clara IBD Meetup group. He also recorded both 2-hour parts on GoView.com. Links to the expanded presentations and the Powerpoint presentations are also provided further below.

I can't thank Lee enough for the OUTSTANDING job he has done in explaining his method and providing a simple roadmap to success. You may wonder: Is it worth listening to the 2-hour presentation? I (and many others) can say that it DEFINITELY is worth it! I also suggest that you listen to all three recorded presentations (effectively listening to Lee's presentation twice), and take notes. Lee's presentation has remarkably improved my trading results, and it can improve yours also.

Viewing the Powerpoint 2010 Files (.PPTX)

The presentation files are in Powerpoint 2010 (.pptx file), and Lee has used several of that version's latest features. Therefor, I strongly suggest that you download the 2010 PowerPoint Viewer and install it. If you'd rather not install the viewer, you can use the "cloud" equivalent, Powerpoint WebApp Viewer.

Viewing the Downloadable Video

The downloadable CAN SLIM Quick Start video is in MP4 format, which may not be viewable on older Windows operating systems. If this is the case, I suggest that you use one of the popular video players described in this article in LifeHacker.com.
